DFCS Assistance

As a contracted partner of the Department of Family and Children’s Services (DFCS), we provide valuable resources and support to families with open DFCS cases. Our team is experienced in navigating the complexities of the child welfare system and offers guidance, advocacy, and assistance in accessing necessary services. We are here to ensure that families receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face and work towards reunification and stability.

Homestead

Our Homestead program provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families who are transitioning out of challenging situations. We offer temporary housing and essential resources to help them regain stability and work towards long-term self-sufficiency.

Early Interventions

Our Early Interventions program focuses on identifying and addressing developmental delays or concerns in young children. We provide early assessment, intervention, and support services to help children reach their developmental milestones and thrive in their early years.

Drug screenings

Our drug screening services offer accurate and confidential testing to individuals seeking substance abuse evaluation or ongoing monitoring. We utilize professional-grade equipment and maintain strict confidentiality to provide reliable results for personal or legal purposes.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan

WRAP is a personalized program designed to support individuals in developing their own wellness and recovery plans. Our trained professionals work closely with clients to identify triggers, set goals, and develop strategies for managing mental health challenges and maintaining overall well-being.

Child Care Financial Assistance

Comprehensive Child & Family Assessment (CCFA) is a specialized program designed to conduct in-depth evaluations of children and families. The purpose of CCFA is to gather comprehensive information about a child’s developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional well-being, as well as the family dynamics and environment.

Transport

Our transport service provides safe and reliable transportation for individuals and families who may require assistance in attending appointments, accessing resources, or participating in our programs. We prioritize the well-being and comfort of our clients during their journeys.

Hotel Stay for Clients in DFCS

In collaboration with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), we offer temporary hotel stays for children and families in DFCS custody. This service ensures that those in need have a safe and comfortable place to stay while appropriate care arrangements are made.

Expunged Records Services

Our Expunged Records Services assist individuals who are seeking to have their criminal records expunged. We provide guidance, legal support, and documentation assistance to navigate the expungement process successfully. Our goal is to help individuals move forward with a clean record, opening up greater opportunities for employment, housing, and a fresh start in life.
